Fascia work focus is to release tensions in the soft tissues so the nerves and fluids in the body can flow freely which allows the body's to communicate with the brain and central nervous system. Visceral manipulation allows for the digestive system and organs to move freely so the body is able to remove waste and toxins from the body. Neural manipulation releases nerve restrictions in the body.
